SKILLSHOP: a new curb college professional development opportunity.
A Skillshop is a hands-on experience with the goal of perfecting a skill. Each participant will actively engage in an activity or hand-on project walking away having completed or practiced a specific skill. Regardless of your expected graduate date, you can begin your job search now! Tish Stewart will be providing a series of Skillshops for those of you that want to get a head start on your job search. She will host 3/month on the following topics. Attendance to one Skillshop is required for a one-on-one meeting with Tish.
Upcoming Skillshops:
November 28th: Interviewing. Walk away with strategic networking tips and contacts.
This is the last Skillshop of the semester. Skillshops will resume in January.
All events take place at 10am in MBC 200A. RSVP required to cembjobs@belmont.edu for all Skillshop events. We hope you’ll take advantage of these hands on experiences!
