As part of the Belmont University Songwriting Association’s Songwriter Convocation Series, Steve Markland will be speaking on creative business, signing songwriters and pitching songs. Markland is the Vice President of A&R at Warner/Chappell Music Nashville. He has helped develop the careers of songwriters, Brett James, Matraca Berg and Kacey Musgraves.
