Here we will talk in more detail about what BUSA can do for you as a songwriter, and we will also be bringing in two guest speakers. The first of the two guest speakers will be Beth Brinker, a member representative from ASCAP. Beth will speak about the benefits of joining a PRO (specifically ASCAP, we’ll be bringing in member representatives from the other PROS in town for our November and December member meetings). The second guest speaker for the member meeting will be Austin Evans, the owner of The Workshop, a 24­-Hour songwriting studio located right on Music Row. Austin will be speaking about The Workshop, and how becoming a member could benefit you as a songwriter.
