| Selise Eiseman, Belmont in Hollywood Internship Administrator will discuss the BiH program. By participating in the program, students pave the way for their entry into the industry by making connections through networking, by understanding how the business functions via internships for studios, networks, production companies and new media entities. Belmont in Hollywood students attend screenings, seminars, and specialized events like the “Produced By” Conference (Producers Guild of America annual conference), Writers Guild Foundation events, Screen Actors Guild Foundation events, Directors Guild of America events, and Cine Gear (camera, lighting, sound equipment expo). Selise also arranges visits to studio lots, dinners with producers, writers, executives, actors, directors, and cinematographers and sets up opportunities for Belmont’s students to meet and network with students in other university internship programs. |
