GRAMMY U presents a Q&A Panel with Elenowen and Kerry Hansen (Big Enterprises)

On Wednesday, Nov. 28, GRAMMY U is excited to present a Music Business Seminar and Panel featuring Josh and Nicole Johnson of the prominent singer-songwriter duo Elenowen and Kerry Hansen, the President of Big Enterprises, the duo’s management firm.  Though emerging from the same Nashville-based Americana-folk scene as The Civil Wars, Elenowen deliver a sonic glow all their own. Amidst haunting harmonies and elegiac lyrics, their songs flow with an undercurrent of yearning, surrender and unexpectedly sharp edges.   Elenowen has experienced a great deal of success, with songs showcased on TV shows like ‘One Tree Hill’ and MTV’s ‘World Of Jenks’, and through making their national television debut on the top-rated premiere season of NBC’s ‘The Voice’ in 2011.  The seminar will give students the opportunity to learn about the duo’s rise to success, and ask questions diving into the careers of both the duo and their management.
