Kaydee Schneider is a high energy focused individual. She is highly accomplished in learning new skills to solve complex problems and facilitate efficiencies in the business world. She is accomplished in Talent Acquisition and has been highly successful in this role for the Fortune 100 Companies Meta, Salesforce and several small/large staffing companies.
Her achievements include successfully designing, launching and delivering $1.0M+ on the Job Training Program for an Enterprise level client in the financial services industry. At Salesforce she successfully launched the Global Equity Training/Certification Program. She achieved this by orchestrating transformational hiring changes that directly impacted the business growth through SCALED Interviewing initiative. She continued these efforts at Meta where she created standardized pipelines across Multiple Business Units. This streamlined their hiring processes to be more equitable and inclusive.
As a leader, she continued to focus on her “people first” approach. This was implemented by designing programs that continued to skill up her employees through the Ranger Program, a guided rubric that promoted self learning. To continue to promote a diverse and inclusive culture, she expanded the Candidate Partner Program at Meta. This novel application helped META to create an equitable interview preparation experience for candidates.
Her passion on social issues has led her to be an active volunteer as a Legacy Leader for Pass the Torch of Women (Indianapolis, IN), and as a Mentor with the Women in Tech of Tennessee.
Kaydee grew up in Indiana, where she received her Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana University-Bloomington. She currently resides in Nashville, TN.
